Terms and Conditions
  • Maximum 4 persons per 2 bedroom apartment

  • Maximum 6 persons per 3 bedroom apartment

  • Extra person tariff (including Roll out bed) available at $30 per night extra

  • All linen included in Tariff (bring your own Beach Towels)

  • Tariffs subject to change without notice

  • Whilst we will endeavor to provide you with your requested / booked apartment, there are no guarantees

  • Check in time 2PM. Check out time 10:00AM

  • Deposits required at time of booking:

    • 1 Day = 100%
    • 2 Days = 50%
    • 3+ Days = 1/3rd
    • Special events = 50%
  • Balance of deposit is payable on arrival and not subject to refunds

  • Cancellation:

    • 28 days notice of cancellation or part cancellation is required for a deposit to be refundable
    • All refundable deposits are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
    • Deposits may be transferred to another booking provided cancellation is at least 28 days before arrival
  • Cots & high chairs must be pre-booked. Charges apply

  • Apartments are serviced weekly

  • Guests are responsible for any fees or charges incurred in relation to breakages, loss or damage to the unit & common property resulting from their stay, including any additional cleaning, repairs or replacement items

  • Beachside Holiday Apartments is non-smoking

  • Strictly no pets allowed

  • Rooms are for accommodation only. Prior management approval is required for any function or party

  • Special events (ie: Ironman, 1/2 Ironman, Touch footy etc) - 50% deposit required at the time of original booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% deposit is payable on arrival.
